Why Give?
One of the truly important elements of The King’s Academy is that we are a tuition-driven school. Each year our budget is conservatively planned to meet the needs of the school year. Giving is vital for growth and improvement each year, but the school is fully able to meet its obligations through tuition. Many schools rely on giving to make up a shortfall; The King’s Academy uses gifts to grow and improve. Your gift to The Annual Fund (including designated gifts to specific programs such as the Scholarship Fund, Athletics, Fine Arts, Technology, and much more), the Dedicated to Excellence Campaign, or one of TKA’s Endowments is a valuable investment in TKA’s continued excellence.
Are my gifts tax-deductible?
Yes! As a 501c3 organization, all gifts to The King’s Academy are deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Consult your tax advisor for how best to maximize your situation through giving to TKA, but feel free to call our Development Office if you have questions!
Matching Gifts
Many employers will match your charitable giving, doubling the impact of your gift! If your company has a matching gift program, obtain the matching gift form from your employer and enclose it along with your gift. Click here for a partial listing of participating matching gift companies. If your company is not included on this list, check with your employer to see if they have a matching gift program.
Gifts-In-Kind
Gifts-In-Kind are contributions of goods or services, other than cash. If you have a good or service that you would like to donate to TKA, please contact the Development Office to verify the use and benefit to the school.
Give Back to School
The Give Back to Schools Program is available at Office Depot and OfficeMax locations. Simply make a purchase of qualifying school supplies, provide our school's ID (#70024392) at checkout (in store and online) and TKA will receive 5% back in credits for free supplies!
