Business
The Business program of distinction prepares students for collegiate studies through a focused series of electives spanning entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, and business. The curriculum builds foundational knowledge across key business disciplines while developing the critical thinking and leadership skills students need to succeed.

Real-World Learning
Coursework gives students both historical context and practical skills across the core areas of business. Collaborative projects and guest lectures from professionals bring the content to life, while business competitions and community leadership challenges push students to apply what they have learned.
King's Corner Coffee Shop
Business students operate the King’s Corner Coffee Shop on campus and invest the profits in the stock market through the TKA Investment Group. It is real business experience, not a simulation.

Shark Tank
Twice a year, Business Program students put their skills to the real test. The TKA Business Challenge invites students from the Dual Enrolled Business class to pitch original business ideas in a Shark Tank format, competing before a panel of judges on everything from market research and competitive analysis to financial projections and operational planning. The strongest ideas advance to a final round judged on overall viability.
