TKA hires Stephen Kimpel as Director of Student Ministries

SKimpelweb(West Palm Beach, FL) – The King’s Academy is pleased to announce the hiring of Stephen Kimpel as Director of Student Ministries starting the 2016-2017 school year. Kimpel will oversee and facilitate secondary chapels, coordinate student-led Bible Studies, and teach courses in the Bible Department.
As a May 2016 candidate for the Master of Divinity degree at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Kimpel completed his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies. Kimpel has preached at Florida churches and is a part of Theta Alpha Kappa Theological Honor Society. His current research involves transcription and translation of ancient Greek Manuscripts. Kimpel works as the High School Director with First Baptist Church of Royal Palm Beach. Kimpel is excited to use his leadership, encouragement, and passion for the Gospel.
“I am excited and humbled by the opportunity to serve and lead students at The King’s Academy. My heart’s desire is to be steadfast as a leader, relational as a mentor, and purposeful as a communicator,” said Kimpel.
Kimpel and his wife, Shelby (Tabrosky) Kimpel, hail from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Kimpels are currently serving in the Student Ministries at First Baptist Church of Royal Palm Beach.
