Lacrosse Success at TKA

Lacrosse is garnering attention for The King’s Academy! For the first varsity game in school history, the girls defeated North Broward Prep 14-13. Although the team started with few experienced players, Head Coach Brett Van Alstyne is impressed with the team’s overall drive and their 5-3 record. Likewise, the boys have put on a performance as they have outscored their opponents 81-35 in the past eight games, standing first in their conference with a record of 5-1.

“I see the new players wanting to learn and work hard, . . . while experienced players are taking on leadership roles to improve their teammates.” – Coach Van Alstyne.
