All payments are non-refundable or non-transferable within 7 days of camp. Registration and payment must be made online. Partial payments or pro-rated days are unavailable this summer.
I hereby give my child permission to participate in TKA Lions Sports Camp. I understand that participation which involves physical activity exposes campers to certain risks and dangers, and that accidents and injuries are always a possibility.
I hereby affirm that my child has/have no conditions that would make it unsafe for him/her to participate. I understand that TKA Sports Camp may exclude my child in participation in the event that my child fails to abide by the camps safety protocols, or disrupt or interfere in the operations of the camp or threaten the safety or welfare of other participants or staff and that no refunds would be afforded.
I understand that the school will make every effort to contact me in the case of an emergency. I give my permission for the school to administer any medications needed and to arrange medical transport in the event of an emergency. I accept financial responsibility for the costs of medical treatment.
In consideration of my child(ren)’s participation in the Lions Sports Camp, l, and without any further consideration from the School, hereby grant permission to the School, staff and affiliates to utilize my child(ren)’s appearance, performance, or voice in any and all manner and media throughout the world for the purpose of promotion, reporting, or publication. TKA Sports Camps may use my child(ren)’s, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with publication, promotion, exhibition and distribution of such material. I understand that no royalty, fee or any other compensation of any kind shall become payable to me by reason of such release and use of any photograph.
