Middle School & High School Applicants (6th – 12th grade) 

• Copy of Unofficial Transcripts (request from your current school’s Guidance Office) 
• Current Year Report Card 
• Copy of Most Recent Standardized Test Scores 
• Teacher Recommendation Forms. The student's current English teacher and Mathematics teacher must complete the form and email it directly to admissions@tka.net. 

Elementary Applicants (K - 5th Grade) 

• Copy of End-Of-Year Report Cards for the previous two years 
• Current Year Report Card 
• Teacher Recommendation Form. The student's current teacher must complete the form and email it directly to admissions@tka.net. 

After you submit the application, The King’s Academy Admissions Office will email you an Invitation to Test letter with information about testing and a test date for your student. Testing begins in February. 

Once the required documents are submitted and the entrance exam is completed, the Admissions Committee will review the applicant file and make an admissions decision. Decision letters will be emailed approximately three weeks from the date of testing. 

The King’s Academy offers a needs-based financial assistance program. Complete the online FACTS Grant and Aid Application after you receive an acceptance letter. 

Complete the online enrollment contract by following the instructions in the decision letter and submit the non-refundable enrollment fee. 

Meeting with an Administrator or Academic Counselor is a great opportunity for you to address any further questions about The King's Academy. It also allows a relationship to grow between your family and the school. The information needed to schedule the meeting will be provided in your decision letter.
