College Representative visits are scheduled for the fall of every school year. Visits are scheduled through the College Counseling Office beginning in the summer of every year and throughout the fall. The Director of College Counseling sends out personal letters and emails to colleges and universities that are of particular interest to The King's Academy students, where students have been accepted to and/or matriculated to in the past, and many other well-known colleges.

All juniors and seniors are allowed to participate in college representative visits as long as prior approval from their teacher is obtained. In addition, sophomores are also allowed to participate on a case by case basis.

Students should enter all colleges that they are interested in or have applied to in Naviance (our web-based college counseling program). Notification of college representative visits can then be sent to them via email.
