A semester long course for students in grades seven and eight.  The students are introduced to many basic concepts of visual art while working with a wide variety of methods and materials. The focus of the course is more about teaching the student to see and think as an artist. Technical ability is not emphasized at this level. Projects are designed so that all will succeed.
